I visted the Den today for the first time and I have to say that my experience was great. I felt very welcome. The receptionist was very friendly. The decor is beautiful...the atmosphere very serene and relaxing. My appointment with Tina for lash extentions was very pleasant. Tina is just a lovely girl (very personable & friendly). She did an awesome job on my eyelashes...made my eyes look very glamorous...My intention is to become a familiar face at the Den.

I went to Sheena for my first time and she did the most amazing color on me. Im blonde, but have had so much bad luck with hair stylist making my blonde appear orange. Sheena listened to me and knew what color blonde would look best on me.. i have felt great about my appearance ever since!!! I will never go anywhere else.. For all you blondes out there that have struggled to find the right tone go to Sheena.. she is amazing!

Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had at The Den! From the minute I arrived to the moment I left, the visit was over-exceptional! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and although I was a little early, Carry and her assistant immediately came and introduced themselves making me feel right at home. Carry is great, and she definitely knows her stuff. She told me beforehand how she was going to cut my hair and afterwards, she even showed me how to style it differently. My haircut and color looks fabulous! Everyone has complimented me, and I've told all my coworkers and friends about how great my experience was. After recently moving back to California and finding myself without a hair stylist, a friend of mine recommended this salon. It's located in the newly developed Shoppes in Chino Hills and from the first moment you walk in you know you this salon is a cut above the rest (no pun intended). Talk about one stop shopping!! The range of services offerred is amazing and like no other place I've ever been to. Depending on what your needs are, you can have your teeth whitened, get a facial or massage and even have your makeup professionally applied. Towards the back of the salon there is the men's section with tv's galore so your man can get his shoes shined and catch his favorite game while you pamper yourself, all at a reasonable price. This truly was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Never have I had so many compliments on my hair. My new found stylist at the Den, Joey is AMAZING! Not only is he great with his scissors but he even managed to repair the damage from a previous color job all the while having listened to what I wanted and adding that cutting edge that he said he would. I will definitely return and take advantage of all the ammenities they have to offer. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their moneys worth.
